What is Halo Cantera?
Halo Cantera is where careers at Halo start and every route into the company runs through it. Halo does not hire experienced people into senior roles. Everyone joins at the start and learns the business from the ground up with every senior leader at Halo once being in the same shoes as those joining today.
Cantera puts a name on how the company has been built since the beginning.
Why Cantera ?
Cantera is the word Spanish football uses for the part of a club that develops its own players rather than buying them. Athletic Club Bilbao is the clearest example of a club has spent its entire history competing at the top level largely with players it has developed. Halo works the same way.
For Halo, that idea is about building pathways, backing potential and helping people grow into long-term contributors.
In the AI era
Every software company is implementing AI. Most of the work is not building models. It is working out what AI should do inside an organisation, then making it work there.Halo does that customer by customer.
