Halo is a privately owned software company building service management software used by organisations around the world. We develop, sell, implement and support our own products in-house, with people joining early in their careers and progressing from within the company.

Halo has a young team, a flat structure and very little hierarchy. People work closely across the company, learn from those around them and are trusted with responsibility early. There is a strong social side too, with regular events, sport and plenty going on outside work.

Halo builds software that helps organisations manage IT, customer service, projects, operations and more. Everything is done in-house, from developing the product through to selling, implementing and supporting it for customers around the world.
