When the item is added to a quotation, the linked PDF template will be appended to the quotation PDF template. This is useful to add information specific to the items being quoted for, such as an infographic that relates to a package being sold.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Creating a PDF Template</span></strong></p><p>To create the item PDF template, head to Configuration > Reporting > PDF Templates, and set the entity in the top left to "Items" or "Products". Creating a new PDF template</span></strong></p><p><br></p><p>After saving, the ability to configure the page appearance and HTML will be available.</p><p><br></p><p>In the "Appearance" tab, customisation like headers/footers and margins can be added. Pages tab</span></strong></p><p><br></p><p>When creating a page, a few options are available.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Name: </strong>Sets the name of the page within configuration. This will not show on the PDF.</li><li><strong>Sequence:</strong> Sets the order the pages show in.</li><li><strong>Is the cover page:</strong> If set, the page will be rendered first, and exclude headers and footers.
