As part of this integration, the following functionality is available:

• Manually map customers from ALSO to customers in Halo

• Import customers from ALSO into HaloPSA, either manually or via the Halo integrator.

• Import subscriptions for any mapped customers, either manually or via the Halo integrator.

• Automatically update invoice line quantities based on subscriptions that are added or removed, which can be automatically pro-rata, based on the date of the change.
