The HaloPSA integration takes the manual work out of keeping training rosters current. Connect your Halo instance with a read-only API application, map each Halo client to a CyberHoot tenant (or let CyberHoot create the tenant for you), and CyberHoot enrolls every active user who has an email address. A nightly sync adds new users and archives users marked inactive in Halo, so training stays aligned with your PSA without spreadsheets or CSV imports.

The integration is read-only. It uses only the read:customers permission to list your clients and their users, and it never writes anything back to Halo.
