Cynet
Integration

Overview

Cynet's unified, AI-powered platform covers endpoints, identity, networks, cloud, email, and SaaS, with CyAI correlating signals across vectors to disrupt attacks in milliseconds. Backed by 24x7 CyOps MDR, our integrated AI SOC of security experts, Cynet automates detection, response, and remediation so partners protect more clients with less effort and stronger outcomes. Cynet is channel-first by design and is delivered through a global partner network.

Security teams inside a Halo-run service desk face the same problem everywhere: threat activity lives in one console and the work of resolving it lives in another. The Cynet integration closes that gap with bi-directional sync between the two platforms. Detections and incidents raised in Cynet automatically create and update tickets in HaloPSA, complete with the context a technician needs. As that work progresses in Halo, status updates sync back to Cynet, so the two systems stay aligned throughout the life of an incident, not just at the moment they’re opened.

For Halo users, the value is fewer consoles and faster resolution. Technicians triage validated incidents rather than raw alerts. This is because CyAI acts autonomously on the majority of threats, and CyOps validates what remains. Endpoint coverage can be checked against the assets Halo already tracks, so gaps in protection surface as service work instead of going unnoticed. And because everything lands in Halo, and stays current in both directions, the same workflows that govern SLAs, time entry, and client reporting also govern security outcomes. Security work also flows into the billing processes MSPs already run through Halo, so protecting more endpoints and more clients doesn't mean building a separate invoicing process alongside it. This makes growth easier to price, track, and scale.

Features & Benefits

1. Unified platform, single view in Halo: Cynet consolidates endpoint, network, identity, email, SaaS, and cloud protection into one platform with a single agent. Alerts and incident data sync into HaloPSA so techs work from one queue instead of stitching together multiple consoles.

2. 24x7 CyOps MDR, built in: Cynet's team of security experts monitors, hunts, investigates, and remediates threats around the clock at no additional cost. Findings and escalations from CyOps surface directly in HaloPSA, keeping the service desk in the loop without extra tools.

3. Proprietary AI-powered detection with CyAI: Cynet's native machine learning engine detects and stops advanced threats (including zero-days) with a 97.5% detection rate and fewer than 1.8% false positives, so techs in Halo see fewer, more accurate alerts instead of chasing noise.

4. Automated response and containment: built-in SOAR automatically investigates and remediates threats across endpoints, users, and networks in seconds. With ProActive CyOps, pre-approved containment actions like host isolation happen immediately, reducing the number of incidents that ever require manual escalation in Halo.

5. Client and contract alignment: endpoints and protections provisioned in Cynet map to the customers and contracts already configured in HaloPSA, keeping security coverage, reporting, and billing consistent as client environments grow.

6. Partner-first delivery: transparent, flat per-endpoint pricing and a partner-centric, multi-tenant console let MSPs extend enterprise-grade protection to every client managed through HaloPSA, without building or staffing an in-house SOC.
