Overview

Overe is a Microsoft 365 security operations platform built for MSPs. It checks your customers’ Microsoft 365 tenants all the time to assess their security posture, conditional access policies, make policy recommendations and alert and respond against malicious activity through our ITDR capabilities.

This integration ties alerts created by Overe to Halo so they can be efficiently managed.

Features & Benefits

  • Automatic ticket creation. Every Overe Alert for a mapped customer opens a HaloPSA ticket against that customer, with the event details included.
  • Customer mapping in a few clicks. Overe reads your Halo customer list. You can link each customer to an existing Overe customer, or create a new one straight from the mapping screen.
  • You choose who is covered. Connecting Halo doesn’t onboard anyone automatically. You only map the customers you protect with Overe.
