PDQ
Integration

Overview

Bring PDQ into Halo so technicians can identify a user’s device and take action without bouncing between tools.

The integration matches the ticket requester to their device in PDQ and surfaces key device details directly within Halo.

From there, technicians can deploy software, open the device in PDQ, or launch a remote desktop session. By putting endpoint context and common support actions where technicians are already working, PDQ and Halo help reduce manual device lookup, minimize targeting errors, and make ticket resolution faster.

Features & Benefits

Automatically match users to devices: Use the ticket requester’s email to identify associated devices in PDQ, eliminating the need to manually search for the right endpoint

See device context at a glance: View details such as hostname, operating system, online status, IP address, and other device information directly within Halo

Deploy software from the ticket: Select and deploy packages from your PDQ package library to the matched device

Launch remote support: Start a PDQ Remote Desktop session for the device directly from Halo

Jump into full device details: Open the matched device in PDQ when you need additional information or management capabilities

Support multiple devices and tenants: Switch between devices associated with a user and access devices across configured PDQ tenants

Work faster with fewer errors: Reduce tool switching and manual device lookup so technicians can spend less time finding the right endpoint and more time resolving the issue.
