Halo integrates with Microsoft’s System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), helping you manage your alerts in one place and improve efficiency levels.
Rather than monitor your services and devices on a separate application, alerts from SCOM are sent via email to Halo and are turned into tickets seamlessly.
The Halo integrator can be run on the SCOM server so that when they are resolved in Halo, they are closed in SCOM and any closure notes are added to the alert. All that Halo needs is the alerts to be sent to a mailbox that is set up within Halo. Once configured, let Halo take care of the rest.
