What is TaskCall?
TaskCall is a real-time incident response and on-call management platform for IT, DevOps and managed service teams. It makes sure the right person is alerted the moment something goes wrong. TaskCall routes alerts through on-call schedules and escalation policies, notifies responders by phone call, SMS, push and email, and minimizes the time to resolution.
How TaskCall and Halo work together?
TaskCall works with both HaloPSA and HaloITSM. The integration connects your service desk to your incident response. It syncs tickets and incidents in both directions.
When a ticket is logged in Halo, TaskCall can turn it into an incident and alert the on-call agent immediately, so that urgent issues do not sit in a queue waiting to be noticed. Going the other way, TaskCall can create Halo tickets from its incidents, either automatically for every incident or manually with a single click. Once a ticket and an incident are linked, status changes, priority changes and notes stay in sync, so your team does not have to update two systems.
For MSPs on HaloPSA, this means faster response to client issues, less downtime and a better chance of meeting your SLAs. For internal IT teams on HaloITSM, critical issues reach the right people sooner and resolution times come down.
How to integrate with TaskCall?
The setup is simple. You create an API application in Halo, add the credentials in TaskCall, and point a Halo webhook to your TaskCall integration URL. That’s it!
