Vigicap
Integration

Overview

Vigicap is a white-label cyber governance platform built for MSPs. From one multi-tenant console, an MSP assesses each SMB client against NIS2 (Article 21), ISO 27001 and the French ANSSI frameworks (hygiene guide, ReCyF). Evidence is read directly from the tools the MSP already runs, through 62 connectors, so the assessment is measured rather than self-declared. Each gap becomes a remediation action and a priced quote, and the client receives a report under the MSP's own brand. Vigicap is available in six languages, including Dutch.

‍

The HaloPSA integration connects that compliance work to the place where the MSP actually delivers it. Vigicap imports the MSP's Halo client list for mapping, reads an asset summary for each mapped client as inventory evidence, and pushes remediation actions into Halo as tickets under the right client and ticket type. Once an hour, Vigicap checks the tickets it created that are still open; when one is closed in Halo, Vigicap proposes closing the matching action, and a consultant confirms it.

‍

The result: compliance findings become scheduled, billable work in Halo, and the compliance status in Vigicap stays in step with the work actually done. The integration uses least-privilege API permissions (read:customers, read:assets, read:tickets, edit:tickets) and never updates or deletes data in Halo; creating tickets is its only write. Vigicap is hosted in the EU (France).

Features & Benefits

- Client mapping in one step: import your active Halo clients and link each one to its Vigicap assessment, with no re-keying.

- Asset inventory as evidence: for each mapped client, Vigicap reads the active assets, how many are identified and how many have a technical owner, which supports the inventory requirements of NIS2, ISO 27001 and ReCyF.

- Remediation actions become Halo tickets: push any compliance action into Halo under the right client and ticket type, with no duplicates (each action is pushed once). Halo client IDs are checked on entry, so a ticket never ends up under the default client.

- Closure flows back: once an hour, Vigicap reads the status of open tickets it created. When a ticket is closed in Halo, Vigicap proposes closing the action, and a consultant confirms it. Re-opened tickets are handled correctly.

- Compliance becomes billable work: every gap comes with a priced remediation quote, and the work is delivered and tracked in Halo like any other ticket.

- Least privilege by design: four scoped permissions, no "all" scope. Vigicap reports which permission is missing if one isn't granted. No webhooks are needed.

- Built for MSPs: multi-tenant, white-label reports, available in English, French, German, Italian, Polish and Dutch.
