Starting from 1st September 2024, with our continued commitment to create change in the industry, HaloPSA will now automatically credit you back any unused license fees at your renewal.
It’s not fair that you’re charged for unused licenses, so from next month we’re doing something about it.
License usage will be evaluated for each full agent account – if there are periods where someone hasn’t logged in for a full month, we’ll automatically credit you for the previous year at your next renewal, to ensure you’re not paying for what you aren’t using.
Every HaloPSA customer is eligible, and will be automatically enrolled to take advantage of any savings.
