Onboarding Process

Step 1 - Discovery

Initial call to discuss needs and offer recommendations. From there, project timelines are set.

Step 2 - Design

The information from the discovery stage is used to design a solution within Halo.

Step 3 - Build

Once the design stage is complete, we turn the idea into reality.

Step 4 - UAT

User Acceptance Testing is performed to ensure client demands are met.

Step 5 - Training

Once the UAT is complete and has been accepted, users will be trained by Halo specialists.

Step 6 - Go Live

After users have been trained, we are ready for Go-Live. Client will be supported throughout the process.

Step 7 - Hypercare

Elevated levels of support available at clients' disposal to ensure smooth adoption.

Step 8 - Project Review

Project is reviewed with client and planning commences for the future.
