HaloITSM (SaaS)
Single-tenant IT Service Management and Enterprise Service Management platform, comprising the Halo web application, REST API layer, and supporting microservices (automations, chat, and background processing). Each customer is hosted on a dedicated, isolated database. Hosted on Amazon Web Services with US-region hosting available (US data centers, including North Virginia); data remains within the customer’s designated region. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), with sensitive fields further protected by X.509 certificate encryption.
AI Services
Native AI capabilities (categorization, summarization, knowledge suggestions, virtual agent) delivered via Microsoft Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search), processed within the customer’s dedicated environment.
