Halo Achieves FedRAMP Certification

Halo today announced it has achieved FedRAMP certification, the US federal government's standardised programme for security assessment, authorization and continuous monitoring of cloud services. Halo is certified under the new FedRAMP 20x programme at the Moderate impact level and is now listed on the official FedRAMP Marketplace, meaning US federal agencies can adopt the Halo platform with confidence that it meets the government's rigorous cloud security standards.
FedRAMP (the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program) is one of the most demanding security bars in enterprise software. Certification requires independent assessment against hundreds of security controls, covering everything from encryption and access management to incident response and supply chain integrity - followed by continuous monitoring to make sure those standards never slip. For Halo, certification is not a one-off badge but an ongoing commitment: the platform is now in continuous monitoring, with security posture reported on an ongoing basis.
The certification covers Halo's multi-tenant cloud platform - a unified operating environment for service management, workflow automation, reporting and compliance. Federal agencies get the same experience every Halo customer does: one platform, all-inclusive licensing, and modern architecture, now wrapped in a government-grade security envelope.
"Government teams deserve modern software just as much as anyone else. FedRAMP certification means US federal agencies no longer have to choose between the security assurance they need and the platform experience their teams actually want. We built Halo to a high standard from day one; FedRAMP simply proves it to the most demanding customer in the world."

Halo says the certification also matters well beyond federal government. "FedRAMP is a benchmark the whole market understands," Hamilton added. "State and local government, education, healthcare and regulated enterprises all look to FedRAMP as the gold standard. Every Halo customer benefits from the security discipline this certification demands."
The certification strengthens Halo's existing public sector offering, where the platform already supports government and public bodies across incident, request, change, problem, asset and knowledge management on a single, all-inclusive licence. US federal agencies can now find Halo on the FedRAMP Marketplace and engage directly with the Halo team to get started.
Halo is a privately owned, product-led provider of enterprise service management.
