</style><p id="isPasted">Having a good understanding of the configuration options available in Configuration > Tickets will help you when it comes to understanding opportunity configuration. Both "Configuration>Tickets" & "Configuration>Sales" include the below options:</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Opportunity (Ticket) Types - </strong>In their respective configuration area, these options allow you to modify, or create, the types of opportunities (tickets) that you want to be available. As mentioned in the Introduction of this course, the key difference is the 'Use' of a ticket type.</li><li><strong>Statuses</strong> - Configure the relevant statuses that you would like your opportunity to display. These can be used to quickly view the progress of your opportunity when viewing your list with the appropriate column profile.</li><li><strong>Actions </strong>- Create actions to reflect the different types of activity taken on an opportunity.</li><li><strong>Workflow</strong> - Set up Workflows that can be applied to your opportunities to restrict available actions and ensure your agents are only taking the actions necessary to drive your sale forward.</li></ul><p><em><strong>Note: </strong></em><strong><em>To edit opportunity types, do it within the sales module of Halo.
