If you do not have an API Key, click the regenerate option. API key.</span></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Take Control Viewer</span></strong></p><p>Each Asset you would like to connect onto must have the Take Control Viewer installed. You must also ensure that takectrsxvp is associated with the viewer. Details on how to install the viewer and associate takectrsxvp with it can be found in this N-Able MSP <a href="https://documentation.solarwindsmsp.com/remote-management/helpcontents/take_control_qsg.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>documentation</strong></a>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Configuring the Module</span></strong></p><p>To enable the N-able Take Control integration in Halo, go to Configuration > Integrations, and enable the module. Once the module has been enabled, click the menu icon for the module to begin configuring it.</p><p><br></p><p>There are two initial options that must be completed. These are the N-Able RMM URL field and the API Key that was retrieved in the previous step. Setup.</span></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Using the Integration</span></strong></p><p>Once configured, a Take Control button will appear on the asset page of any asset that has been imported from N-Able RMM.
