You can set the agreement multiplier both globally or at an individual customer level, but for this example, we will look at the global option.</p><p><br></p><p>First, you will need to set up a agreement against the customer. I have set up a agreement by going to the agreements module on the left-hand side and created a new client agreement. The Customer Agreement Screen</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Once you have the agreement, you will need to go to the charge type and add in a agreement multiplier. Go to Configuration &gt; Billing &gt; Charge Types &gt; and select the charge type you would like to have the multiplier &gt; edit this and enter a multiplier. The Agreement Multiplier Setting Against a Charge Type</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The final part of the setup is to create the billing rules so that work performed on a customer&#39;s ticket is deducted from the agreement. To do this go to a customer &gt; settings &gt; Billing Rules.
