This guide involves the use of both mail campaigns and distribution lists, if you are unfamiliar with either of these modules, or if you need need help in enabling them, please refer to the relevant guides: <a href="https://usehalo.com/halopsa/guides/2242/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="font-size: 11pt;">Mail Campaigns</a> & <a href="https://usehalo.com/halopsa/guides/2166/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="font-size: 11pt;">Distribution Lists</a>. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><br></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><br></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Automatically Adding Opportunity Contacts to Distribution Lists</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">In order to be able to trigger a mail campaign for a new opportunity contact, you will need to create a 'nurture' campaign that uses a dynamic distribution list filtering in the contacts from your open opportunities. When creating the distribution list, the important point of configuration is the 'Member Type' for the list. As shown in figure 3, a dynamic members list allows you to have better control over which end-users/contacts are added into the list.
