This may occur in the event where you have ordered a product or service from a supplier, and that supplier chooses to invoice you on a repeated basis instead of charging you a one-time fee. Halo&#39;s recurring bill functionality allows this scenario to be handled without having to manually set up unrelated bills every time for the same order.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Creating A Recurring Bill</span></strong></p><p>It is important to note that you cannot currently create a recurring bill from a purchase order, it must be set up manually. Therefore, to create a new recurring bill, navigate to your Invoices area of Halo and into the &quot;Recurring Bills&quot; section of this area.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>When you click into this section, you can view all existing recurring bills in the system and create new ones using the &quot;+ New&quot; button in the top right.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><img src="https://halo.haloservicedesk.com/api/attachment/image?token=eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiIsInR5cCI6IkpXVCJ9.eyJpZCI6Ijk3M2FmMDE2LWQ1MDMtNDkwMS1hMmJlLTg3Zjg0NTdkM2FkYiJ9.7rQvLlY1LLu6x1grnUA7_KMh5tlMZr0iDtKcb0ZqScA" class="fr-fic fr-fil fr-dib" width="1051" style="width: 1053px; height: 667.517px;" height="668"></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Fig 1. The Recurring Bills section of the Invoices area in Halo</span></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Selecting the &quot;+ New&quot; button will bring up the New Bill screen that is functionally extremely similar to the screen for creating new recurring invoices.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><img src="https://halo.haloservicedesk.com/api/attachment/image?token=eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiIsInR5cCI6IkpXVCJ9.eyJpZCI6IjMwMGQzZDExLTI2ZTUtNGQ2ZS1iMDAxLWRjOWMxODQ3ODFmYiJ9.4Pu1K5d6j4aJhFj-oXqpGjrIopkaK_jykTkxis_PqRs" class="fr-fic fr-fil fr-dib" width="1050" style="width: 1052px; height: 701.333px;" height="701"></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Fig 2. The screen for creating a new recurring bill</span></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Set the relevant supplier in the &quot;Supplier&quot; field in the top-right, this is a mandatory field and you will not be able to save the recurring bill without setting it. For information on configuring Suppliers in your instance please refer to this guide: <a href="https://usehalo.com/halopsa/guides/2101" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Suppliers</a>.</p><p><br></p><p>There is an option below the Supplier field to add two addresses, the invoice address and then the delivery address to which the product or service was provisioned.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The &quot;Schedule&quot; section is where you can set the recurring schedule on which the bills will be generated, as well as the billing period. To create the schedule, select the &quot;Set Schedule&quot; button which will bring up the modal screen used for other scheduled entities in the system, such as recurring invoices. In the example in Figure 3, I have set the schedule to start on 01/06/2026 and repeat monthly on the 1st of every month.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><img src="https://halo.haloservicedesk.com/api/attachment/image?token=eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiIsInR5cCI6IkpXVCJ9.eyJpZCI6ImVjOTkxODc2LWQ0Y2UtNGVjZS04MDQ3LTllZDdjNTliMjUwZiJ9.kWHIpqBh0SA737fEwRgO3U-lpqi5XxrOu13xl5y8hpM" class="fr-fic fr-fil fr-dib" width="931" style="width: 933px; height: 776.801px;" height="777"></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Fig 3. For example, in Figure 4 I have set the bill to be for the current period.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><img src="https://halo.haloservicedesk.com/api/attachment/image?token=eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiIsInR5cCI6IkpXVCJ9.eyJpZCI6IjhiZGM3ZjFiLWE5MzMtNDQ1YS04YzQwLTM2MTI4MTA5ZDdmNiJ9.mLmeB9dJo19gdcACMQs6uhx383o_A7BWPWml-n_mszU" class="fr-fic fr-fil fr-dib" width="1014" style="width: 1016px; height: 681.423px;" height="681"></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Fig 4.
