An additional dropdown will then show to determine if the optional item has been accepted. Here, ensure you add the "Optional Lines" field. Optional item configuration.</span></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li data-pasted="true"><strong>Allow Users to adjust the quantity of optional items:</strong> When checked, after the user clicks "Accept" on the quote, from the self service portal, they will have the option to remove the optional item or change the quantity, this is done by clicking onto the item in the "Optional Lines" table. The "Optional lines" field we added is how the user is able to select these.
