All items in Halo must belong to an item/product group. This setting will determine which group new items will be created under. If *Use the Etilize Product Category" is selected the "Product Group" mappings table will be used to determine which item group new items are created under. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Use the "Product mappings" table to map Etilize product categories to Halo product groups. Default Tenants</span></strong></p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Only Show Items that have prices - </strong>When enabled, when searching items in the Etilize catalogue only items that have prices will be returned in the search. Price data is obtained from reseller catalogues such as Tech Data or Ingram Micro, therefore one of these must be integrated for pricing information to be available. When enabled you must also set the "Number of priced Items to display", this will control how many items are returned in the search. When restricting results to only items that have prices, the search will take longer to return results. As shown in figure 7 These are the product groups from Etilize which can be mapped to Halo product groups.
