Head to Configuration > Call Management.</p><p><br></p><p>Hover over the module, if a "+" icon shows, click this to enable the module. Call Management module</span></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Connecting RingCentral</span></strong></p><p>Click into the module, then select "General Settings".</p><p><br></p><p>You will see a URL at the top, which will be the URL RingCentral will open when answering a call. URL for call software popups</span></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Now, head to your RingCentral account. </p><p><br></p><p>Go to Settings > Phone > General and then enable the toggle that says "Launch an external app or website for incoming calls".</p><p><br></p><p>Once enabled, you'll get an option to manage this.</p><p>You'll need to select whether you want the URL to launch when the phone starts to ring, or when it is answered. </p><p><br></p><p>In the "Enter command" field, you'll need to add the URL you just copied from your Halo instance.
