Ticket Fields can be text boxes (such as the Ticket Summary), drop-downs (such as Ticket Type), checkboxes, memos, dates, time, or tables. A Field list is a list of Fields that the Agent/User will have to complete when logging as Ticket, or to enter data into throughout work on the Ticket.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p>If you head to Configuration &gt; Tickets &gt; Ticket Types, you will be presented with a list of all of the Ticket Types currently configured. Ticket type configuration&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Modifying Fields</span></strong></p><p data-pasted="true">To edit or add a Field to your Ticket you will need to head to Configuration &gt; Tickets &gt; Ticket Types, then choose the relevant Ticket Type, and head to the Field List tab. Next click &#39;Edit&#39;. This provides you with options to modify or remove a Field, or add to your list. To remove a Field you can click the bin icon on the line of the Field you want to remove. To add a new Field group click add as normal, but change the selection to &quot;Add Groups of Fields&quot;. This will bring up the New Field Group screen. Here you can set a name, header and description for the group. Now add the Fields you would like to be contained in this group in the Field List Tab. Field Visibility Options&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p>You will see from Figures 10a and 10b there are options to set if the field shows for each viewer (agent, user, supplier) and for each form of the ticket (new ticket screen, ticket details screen, resource booking screen).&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Options to set the &quot;Supplier Ticket Details Screen Visibility&quot; are available from v2.238+ and control if this field is visible to supplier contacts when they view the ticket in the portal.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>User/Supplier/Agent Hidden if empty -</strong> If enabled, the field will be hidden to users, suppliers and agents (respectively) if there is no data in it.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">The visibility options available will differ based on the type of field. However, when editing the field on a Ticket Type (or action) you can override this label. Useful when the same Field is used in various Tickets/actions but it is beneficial to have the field labelled differently for each location it is used.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Override the Field label using the &#39;Override display label&#39; Field, when editing the field within a Ticket Type (or action). The chosen label set to be used as the override will now show instead.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>You can also override the display label for selected system fields. Providing a sleeker layout for users when they are logging Tickets (Forms) with an extensive Field List.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Note: This only applies when logging Tickets in the portal, not when logging in the agent app.&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Fields will be grouped onto pages based on the Field list group they are in, each Field group will represent one page. Once you have organised your Fields into groups based on the pages you would like them to appear in, enable this functionality against the Ticket Type. Head to configuration &gt; Tickets &gt; Ticket Types &gt; select the Ticket Type &gt; Forms Tab &gt; enable &#39;Show multiple pages split by Field Groups&#39;.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Now when users log Tickets of this type in the portal, the required Fields will be spread across multiple pages.
