This means you can have the details of the quote be added to the ticket using an action automatically.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>To set this up create a new action, head to Configuration &gt; Tickets &gt; Actions &gt; New. The action will need the following configuration:</p><ul><li>System Use - No system use</li><li>Is a Quick Action - Yes</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Then under the &quot;Defaults&quot; tab of the action populate the &quot;Default Private Note&quot; field.
