Access to this button is dictated by the agent permission named "Knowledge Base Access Level" (Agent profile > Permissions tab > Feature Access section). In <strong>Fig 1</strong>, it is set to 30 days after latest review. For example, the configuration below will create a notification on the due date of the article.</p><p><br></p><p>Go to Configuration > Notifications > Notifications, and create a new one. Set the trigger as "Article review due", and set the number of days ahead of the due date you wish to trigger this. This may be a useful method if you are setting the review date before the due date and you do not want your agents to forget to review the article. This method will create a ticket instead of a notification, so it will stay as a constant reminder in the agent's queue until it is closed.</p><p><br></p><p>Go to Configuration > Tickets > Automated Tickets, and create a new ticket example. Set the name, team/agent, etc. as normal, and set the "Automation Criteria" as "Articles".
