Customer relationship field</span></strong></p><p><br></p><p>This field is used to denote what your relationship is with this customer, primarily used for sales purposes. Allowing you to store both customers and prospective customers in your Halo, and being able to differentiate between the two. </p><p><br></p><p>Your customer list can be filtered to only show 'customers' or only show 'prospects' provided you have this field in the column profile. Or you can create custom customer lists, one that only shows customers and another for prospects (see more information on this <a data-fr-linked="true" href="https://usehalo.com/haloitsm/guides/878/" id="isPasted" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>here</strong></a>).</p><p><br></p><p>Out-of-the-box there are two options in the relationship dropdown, however, more can be configured. </p><p><br></p><style>
