Enter the URL of your instance, and select which instance type it is - either live or sandbox.

Now enter the username and password that you use to login to ISL Online. To avoid potential authentication issues, choose the user with the highest permissions within ISL Online, i.e. the Domain Admin/Account Owner.

Fig 2. To do this change the 'Authentication Type' to OAuth 2.0, and click the Connect to ISL Online button. This will redirect you to the ISL Online login page. Once you have logged in you will be given the option to authorise access. Click the "Authorize Access" button to allow Halo access to ISL Online. Once authorised you will be returned to your Halo instance.

Once these fields are filled in, click the "Test Configuration" button below to check the connection. Underneath the "Details" you entered, you will see the "Attended Access" section. Here, you can select which field to use for the asset matching. This is by default set to "Asset Number", but various asset fields are available within the dropdown. Whatever is selected here must match the "Alias" in ISL Online, so "Asset Number" or "Model" may be the most likely choices here.

You can also then choose a field on the asset where the remote password can be stored if you wish.
