This allows you to send bulk communications to all the Users in the list, either by bulk email or Mail Campaign. These lists can be static or dynamic, allowing you to have either manually or automatically update the members based on a set of criteria.</p><p><br></p><p data-pasted="true"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><a href="https://www.usehalo.com/guides/2242" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Mail Campaigns</strong></a></span></p><p data-pasted="true">Mail Campaigns allow you to send scheduled communications to Users/Contacts within your Halo, useful for marketing and improving customer relations. This either be a one off communication, or a series of communications. Each campaign is linked to a Distribution List to automatically determine who the communications are sent to.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p data-pasted="true"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><a href="https://www.usehalo.com/guides/2795" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Mail Campaign flows</strong></a></span></p><p data-pasted="true">Mail Campaign flows are a configuration method which allows Mail Campaigns to be created in the style of a workflow. Campaign flows allow for criteria to be applied against different points within a campaign allowing more control over which emails get sent, and when.</p><p><br></p>
